摘要 通过实验和数值模拟的方法研究了油气润滑系统输送润滑油的过程中,管道中流体的流动状态及气体在润滑油中的扩散规律。结果表明:润滑油的流动形态与雷诺数关系密切,通过图像分析方法得到润滑油中含气率为4%-6%。通过数值模拟发现,润滑油呈波浪式翻滚运动形态,在润滑油和管道壁之间形成许多气室。气室中的压力高于周围润滑油的压力,导致气体在润滑油中扩散。输送管道中形成正常连续油膜时的含气率约为6.12%,与实验结果基本一致。 In order to reveal oil flow and the diffusing behavior of compressed air in oil, the flow of the mixture of lubricant oil and the compressed air is investigated by experiment and theoretical analysis. By experiments, the flow regime of lubricant oil is correlated closely with the Reynold's number of compressed air. By means of the analysis of color difference, it shows that the volume fraction of gas dispersed in lubricant oil is 4 %- 6 %. The results of numerical solution show that lubricant oil rolls within pipe like a wave, which will give rise to many bubbles between lubricant oil and the wall of the pipe. The pressure inside the bubbles is higher than that of ambient pressure. This is the reason for the compressed air diffusing into lubricant oil. And the volume fraction of air in lubricant oil is about 6.12%, which is reasonable and agrees with the results of experiment.
