摘要
通过对虚拟科技期刊社、远程投稿和远程编审、未来科技信息服务和未来科枝期刊社的管理四个方面的阐述,分析了因特网(Internet)对科技期刊领域造成的影响。认为随着虚拟科技期刊社的实现,科技期刊社的编审工作将通过因特网以电子函件和电话会议、电视会议的形式进行,投稿、刊稿周期将大大缩短,科技期刊社的管理方式将更为灵活、高效。
