摘要
城市边缘社区是连接城市与农村的一个特殊社区,是农村城市化与城市扩大化的产物。撤村建居以后,随着社区管理体制改革的深化,利益格局有了新的调整,党员群众的思想发生了新的变化,社区工作的难度明显增大,边缘社区的干部队伍的整体素质出现了思想上、年龄结构上、工作方式等方面的不适应。教育培训、自我修养、长效管理等是加强边缘社区党建干部队伍建设的路径选择。
Marginal community is a special area linking cities and rural areas as a production of the extension of both urban and rural areas. With the development of the reform of community systems, interest structure has been changed and therefore changes in people' s thinking appear, which brings difficulty in the work of cornmunity. The leader troops are not used to the new changes in thinking , age and working style. In this case, it is a good choice to educate and train the leader troops, improve the quality of them and enhance the management.
