摘要
本文尝试用先进的管理学理论对我国由高度集中的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变的重大社会变革进行解析,用系统科学的基本理念对我国改革开放以来党中央做出的我国社会改革和社会发展的重大战略决策进行了有益的探索和思考。
This paper tries to apply modem theories of management to analyze the important social reform from high concentrated planned economy to socialist marketing economy＇system of our country. It uses foundational ideas of systematic science to make helpful exploration and thinking on the important strategic decisions of so- cial reform and development which were made by CPC central committee since the reform and opening up.
