摘要
电大系统是由中央、省、地市和县多级电大构成的、遍及全国城乡的、庞大的现代远距离教育系统,电大系统的信息和管理具有多样性、复杂性和分布性的特点。建立电大系统MIS,用计算机管理和处理电大教学及管理信息,具有重要意义。本文从系统的角度出发,对电大系统分布式MIS的设计开发谈了设想。
The TV university system is a bulky modern long distance education system throughout china, consist of central, provincial, regional and county TV university. Its information and managemenet are noted for diversity, complexity, distributive. Setting up MIS of TV university system and use computer manage informantion of education and conduct in TV university is of great importance. From point of view of systemic, this article clarifies the tentative ideas of the development and design of distributed MIS of TV university system.
