摘要
目的:正确区分哈蟆油、青蛙油和蟾蜍油,从而为哈蟆油的鉴别和应用提供安全有效的依据。方法:用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别和膨胀度实验来鉴别哈蟆油、青蛙油和蟾蜍油。结果:哈蟆油与青蛙油、蟾蜍油在性状、显微、薄层色谱、膨胀度上均有较大的差别。结论:此方法简单易行,研究结果可为鉴别哈蟆油提供科学依据和理论基础。
Objective：To distinguish oviductus ranae, frog oil and toad oil correctly to provide the safe and effective basis for identification and application of oviductus ranae. Methods：We used the character identification, the micro--distinction, the thin--layer chromatography and the turgidity experiments to identify oviductus ranae, frog oil and toad oil. Results：There are great differences between oviductus ranae, frog oil and toad oil in the characters, microscopic level, thin-- layer chromatography and turgidity. Conclusion. This method is simple and manageable. The study results can provide the scientific basis and rationale in identifying oviductus ranae.
