摘要
为解决由难加工材料制成零件的复杂型面加工难题,设计了一种基于PMAC的5轴数控电解加工机床。介绍了该机床的机械本体结构、电解液系统以及控制系统的设计方案。
To solve the difficulties of machining parts with special-shaped curved surface which are made of difficulty-to-machine materials, a five-axis CNC electrochemical manufacturing machine tool is designed. The makeup system and the electrolyte system of the machine are introduced, and the Nu- merical Controlled System based on PMAC is also discussed in this paper.
