摘要
高等职业教育人才培养模式包括培养目标、课程体系、教学体系和评价体系四个方面。高等职业教育实现人才培养模式创新，应当从培养目标注重“职业性”与“高等性”的有机融合，课程体系注重学生综合素质的培养，教学制度注重教师与学生利益的统筹兼顾，评价体系以学生综合素质提升为目标寻求完善。
The personnel training mode of higher vocational education includes training objectives, curriculum system, teaching system and evaluation system. To realize innovation of higher vocational education training model, the training objectives should focus on ＂professional＂ and ＂higher＂ organic integration, the curriculum system should focus on the overall quality of students; teaching system should focus on the overall interests of students and teachers; the evaluation standard should take the enhancement of comprehensive quality as main objective.
