The combination of production, learning with research of applied undergraduate education should take local economic construction and social development demand as objectives and build applied talent cultivation model; strengthen teaching staff construction and boost teaching reform; deploy combination of production, learning with research base itself on subject and specialty advantages; create long-term and comprehensive cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise; build optimal practice training bases inside and outside schools, etc.
