摘要
医疗体制改革给医院发展带来动力,也给职工思想带来压力。职工思想政治工作要与医院改革同步,要与医院发展协调,要与职工思想变化共振,同时注意工作的方式方法,这是做好医院职工思想政治工作需要关注的几个重要环节。
Medical system reform brings the hospital stimulation as welt as the pressure to its staff＇s mind. The staff＇s ideological and political work should keep pace with hospital reform, be harmonious with hospital development, respond with the change of staff＇s mind and pay attention to the ways and means of work as well. All above are the important aspects that should be put attention to in the ideological of hospital staff.
