随着技术应用普及程度的提高,自然技术不断发展与成熟,社会技术也日趋完善并显示出其强大的社会改造功能.社会技术在和谐社会建设中具有重要的作用,其战略地位不断凸显,为和谐社会建设提供重要的智力支撑和指导作用,新时期下社会技术研究具有至关重要的现实意义.
With the popularity of technology application, the natural technology is profoundly developing and maturing. Social technology is being perfected day by day and shows its strong social transformation function. Technology in the construction of harmonious society has an important role and strategic position. Social technology provides important intellectual support and guidance of methodology for the construction of a harmonious society, and its research in the new era is of important significance of social reality.
