摘要
通过多年的标枪教学、运动训练的观察,查阅有关生理学方面资料,对标枪的最后用力出手时的"撇枪"动作形成的原因进行分析研究."撇枪"是一个严重的错误动作,是导致肘关节受损伤的直接原因.必须掌握正确的投掷技术,有针对性地发展投掷臂肘关节周围肌群的力量练习能够加强肘关节的稳定性,能有效地减少或避免肘关节的损伤.
