摘要
目的了解大学生的应对方式和人格特征的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法,选取某大学二年级6个班级共252名在校大学生,以应付方式问卷和艾森克个性问卷集中回答问卷。结果大学生选择成熟的应对方式多余不成熟应对方式,大学女生比男生更多外向性格,也更多采用幻想的应对方式,男生与女生解决问题的方式无差异性,但更有效。大学男女生的人格特征在精神质和神经质维度上无性别差异,在内外向和解决问题的应对方式上有差异,在求助对象上有差异,在异性朋友数目方面有显著差异。大学生解决问题与精神质、神经质和外向负相关,与外向正相关;求助与外向正相关;合理化与精神质、神经质和内外向正相关,自责、幻想、退避均与精神质、神经质正相关,与内外向无相关。结论大学生成熟的应对方式与精神质(P)、神经质(高N分)显著负相关,与外向(高E分)正相关;不成熟的应对方式与与精神质(高P)、神经质高焦虑程度(高N分)正相关,与掩饰维度负相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping style and personality characteristics of university students. Methods 252 undergraduates students in university were assessed with coping style questionnaire and EPQ （ Eysenck Personality Questionnaire）. Results The undergraduates chose mature strategies （64.5%） more than immature ones （49.3%） significantly when facing stresses. The female students have more extraversion personality and choose more the coping style of fantasy , and equally adopt the problems solving style as the male students, but more effective compared with the male ones. There isn＇t sex different in psychoticism and neurotism for the personality characteristics of the undergraduates, but different in introversion -extraversion of EPQ. There is different in coping style such as problem sloving , asking for help and the number of different sex friends. Problem solving is significantly negative correlated with psychoticism , neuroticism-stability and significantly positively correlated with extraversion. Seeking support is positively correlated with extraversion. Rationalization is positively correlated with psychotieism , neurotieism and extraversion. Self-accusation , fantasy and withdrawal are positively correlated with psyehoticism and neuroticism. Conclusion Mature coping style were negatively correlated with psyehotieism （P） , neurotieism（N） and were positively correlated with extraversion （E）; immature coping style were positively correlated with psychoticism （P） , neuroticism （N） and were negatively correlated with the dimension of lying.
