摘要
研究了带芯棒的GCr15轴承钢管的双向剪切方法,尤其是首次压下量对剪切品质的影响;对实验结果进行了分析,并在此基础上,对双向剪切法进行了改进,得到了较好的断面品质。
This paper makes a etudy of the double-directional cutting of the GCr15 tube with core rod, especially the influence of the first press quantity on the cutting quality. And then the experiment results are analyzed and summarized. Besides, an improvement on the double-directional cutting is made on the basis of the experiment and the better cutting quality is obtained.
