摘要
目的探讨外侧切口手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果。方法本组32例肱骨髁上骨折病例均采用外侧切口,直视下复位满意后行克氏针交叉内固定,辅加石膏托外固定。结果本组病例术后经9～12个月(平均11个月)随访,复查肘关节正侧位X线片,检查肘关节伸屈、旋转功能及提携角。参照Flum临床功能评定:优24例;良6例;可2例,优良率93.75%。结论单纯外侧切口手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有入路简便,安全,显露清晰,操作方便,复位可靠,效果满意,费用低廉等特点。
Objective lateral incision surgery on children humerus fractures. Methods 32 cases of humeral fracture cases are using lateral incision, under the open reduction and Kirschenel wires later satisfied with the cross-fixation, Des plus occasional plaster external fixation. Results after case after 9-12 months （average 11 months） follow-up review is lateral elbow X-ray to check Shenqu elbow, and the rotation angle helped. Flum assessed in the light of clinical features： excellent in 24 cases; 6 good; 2 cases, a good rate of 93.75 percent. Conclusion simple lateral incision surgery for children with humeral fracture approach is simple, safe and show a clear, easy to operate, reliable reset, satisfied with the results, low-cost and so on.
