水杨酸对桃叶感染轮纹病菌后PDO和SOD酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用0至0.8mmol.L-1水杨酸溶液预先处理桃叶片,3d后接种轮纹病菌(PhysalosporaPiricolaNose),再过3d后测定各种指标,随后每隔3d测定一次,共5次。结果表明,0.4mmo1.L-1水杨酸溶液处理的桃叶片,可最大提高过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。初步确定,用0.4mmo1.L-1水杨酸溶液可缓解轮纹病菌对桃叶片的伤害作用。
