摘要
生产脱毒马铃薯原原种采用稀植培育壮苗,每株最大薯块达3~4g时,及时收获,将植株重新定植,可使试管苗结出更多的微型薯,一般20d左右可进行2次收获,以后还可进行1~2次收获,大大地提高了试管苗的单株结薯率.减少试管苗的用量,降低生产成本64%左右。
The original-original potato seeds without virus pollution can be produced by culturing strong seedlings. When the maximum mini-potato is 3 g to 4 g, these mini-potatoes are harvested in time and then the harvested seedlings are cultured again to harvest more mini-potatoes after about 20 d. The process can continue 1 to 2 times repeatedly. The technique can raise setting potato rate per seedling and reduce about 64 % of production cost.
