摘要 集中绕组电动机由于定子线圈绕在齿上,具有端部最小化、易于绕线、成本低等优点。提出了一种新的将分布绕组电机改型为集中绕组电机的方法。此方法直接在电机剖面结构图上进行新的绕组定义和齿形的改造,改型后电机具有不规则的齿宽。分别以一个整数槽电机和一个分数槽电机为例应用这种方法,并对原型机和改型机进行有限元分析。仿真分析结果表明改型后的电机基本保持了原型机的性能。根据这个方法设计制造了一台具有3种齿宽的方波电机样机。测试结果满意,验证了这种方法的有效性。 The machines with concentrated windings around the teeth have some advantages, such as the minimization of end-windings, the simply making of coils, and the reduced cost, etc. A new method to generate a machine with concentrated windings from an original machine with distributed windings was chine had similar performance. A prototype motor was made with 3 different widths. The test result was satisfying, the method was effective.
