摘要
当前,房地产市场已处在低迷时期,如何更理性地发展,值得反省和深思。文章从开发模式、楼盘品质、政策环境三个方面提出转型思考。
The real estate market being currently in the depression, more reflection and meditation should be given on how to promote the development in real estate sector through a more reasonable way. This article examines the transition from three points of view, i.e. mode of development, quality of the housing estate and policy environment.
