摘要
针对废水再利用网络规模大、结构复杂,且一般情况下属于非凸的非线性求解困难的问题,提出了基于粒子群算法的废水再利用网络优化设计方法,该方法依据出水浓度最大化准则,使进口浓度或出口浓度达最大值来确定用水量,简化了废水再利用网络结构及数学模型。以最小新鲜水量为目标,以过程点之间废水再利用量为粒子变量,对简化后的废水再利用网络运用粒子群算法进行了优化设计。计算实例表明,所提方法不仅可行,而且比一般算法的结果更好,运行效率更高。
To simplify the structures of wastewater networks to obtain their solutions, an approach to wastewater reused network design was proposed by using particle swarm optimization (PSO) based on the criterion of maximal water reuse. When the inlet concentration or the outlet concentration reaches its maximum constraint,the fresh water usage is determined. The minimum fresh water usage of wastewater reused network was taken as the optimal objective ; the internal flow rates of each process were selected as particle. This simplified water network was optimized by using PSO. Empirical studies show that this method works well,and PSO is more effective to optimize the wastewater reused networks than other conventional optimization algorithm.
