摘要
网络课程成本效益研究是远程教育经济学极其重要的研究领域。通过文献分析研究现状，介绍一个新的研究视角——成本效益分析方法的概念、优点及流程，并以浙江师范大学为例进行案例分析，最后从网络课程的规划和管理角度提出必须坚持效益优先、以用户为中心的原则和贯穿成本控制思想的观点，旨在为网络课程的经济学分析提供一种新的分析思路，并为推动网络课程的成本效益评价体系研究做一些有益的探讨。
Cost-effectiveness analysis on web-based course is extremely important field of study on economics of distance education. This paper analysis literature on cost-effectiveness analysis of web-based course, and introduce concept, advantages and flow of the method on cost-benefit analysis, which is a new perspective on cost-effectiveness analysis on web-based course, and an example about Zhejiang Normal University is given for illustration. In the last part of the paper, two viewpoints that we must adhere to the perspective of priority to effectiveness and user-centric principles, and implement the policy of cost control in the process of cost-effectiveness analysis on network course are made from the network planning and management courses to provide a new analytical thinking, and to make some beneficial exploration to promote the research on evaluation system of cost-effectiveness of web-based course.
