摘要
信息技术的飞速发展为教育提供了现代化的手段，积极应用现代教育技术是提高教育质量、提高办学效益的有力措施。应用教育技术最关键的因素是提高教师应用教育技术的观念和能力，所以对教师进行教育技术培训是实现教育信息化的关键一环。从教师教育技术培训的目标、内容、措施等几个方面进行研究和探讨。
The advances in information technology have provided a modern means for education. The application of this technology into education is a sure way to improve teaching quality and efficacy. The critical factor for Applied Educational Technology is how to promote the teachers＇ awareness and their ability in practice. Thus teacher training has become the central part in the realization of education informatization. This paper was aimed to study the training＇ s purposes, content and its ensuring measures.
