摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定多氯联苯(PCBs),具有良好的灵敏度和选择性,在对食品用纸包装容器及材料样品的检测时,样品只须进行简单的溶剂萃取-浓缩,不须任何净化过程。本方法对目标化合物的检测限量为1μg/kg,平均回收率≥95%,相对标准偏差为4.25%~10.34%。
Determination ofpolychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) by GC-MS method showed good sensitivity and selectivity. In determining paper-made food packaging containers and materials, samples can be analyzed directly only after solvent extraction and concentration without any cleanup procedure. The detection limits, average recoveries and RSD of the method were 1μg/kg for target compounds, ≥95% and 4.25- 10.34%, respectively.
