摘要 目的评价32层容积CT灌注成像技术诊断胰腺癌的价值。方法对18例胰腺癌患者行常规CT平扫后进行灌注扫描,描绘时间-密度曲线,并分析各项灌注参数。结果胰腺癌病灶血流量、平均通过时间和血容量与正常胰腺组织的差异有统计学意义,表面通透性的差异无统计学意义。胰腺癌的TDC无明显特征性改变。结论容积CT灌注增强扫描可有效地显示胰腺癌病灶和相对正常胰腺组织,可作为胰腺CT检查的常规检查手段。 Objective To assess the value of 32 slices volume CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 18 pancreatic cancer patients underwent perfusion scan after routine CT plain scan. The time-density curves (TDC) were depicted, and the perfusion parameters, including blood flow (BF), mean transit time (MTT), blood volume (BV) and permeability surface area product (PS) were analyzed. Results Statistical difference of BF, MTT and BV existed between relatively normal pancreatic tissue and pancreatic cancer. The characteristic of TDC of pancreatic cancer was not obvious. Conclusion VCT can effectively detect pancreatic cancer, and can be regarded as a routine examination of pancreas.
