摘要
宁夏石化公司一化肥合成氨-尿素装置采用变压吸附技术对甲醇洗放空气中的二氧化碳进行提纯回收,每年可增产尿素51840t,实现节能量9366t标准煤,实现二氧化碳减排42430t,为企业增效1814万元,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
PSA technology was used to recover and purify CO2 from Rectisol vented gas in ammonia-urea plant of Ningxia Branch Co., PetroChina. The technology can increase urea output by 51840t/a, save energy by 9366tce, reduce CO2 emission by 42430 t, and create economic benefits by 18,140,000 Yuan RMB, achieving good economic and social benefits.
