摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定莪术油葡萄糖注射液中莪术醇的含量。方法采用岛津 VP-ODS 色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(65:15:20)为流动相,检测波长为209 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果莪术醇的浓度在1.059~31.770 μg/mL 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8。平均回收率为99.8%.RSD 为1.29%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确、专属、灵敏度高,可用于莪术油葡萄糖注射液中莪术醇的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of curcumol in zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The analysis was carried on with Shimaza VP-ODS column(150 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 um). The mobile phase was composed of methanol-acetonitrile-water (65 : 15 : 20). Detection wavelength was 209 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear between 1. 059--31. 770ug/mL, r =0. 999 8. The average recovery and RSD for curcumol were 99.8% and 1.29% (n = 9) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific and sensitive, which can be used for the analysis of curcumol in zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection.
