摘要
当前高校毕业生就业出现了供需结构性矛盾突出、就业形势严峻、就业压力越来越大等问题。解决这一难题,需要高校和社会多方面共同努力。高校需要依据市场的需求,摸索出一套与市场需求相适应的培养模式,从人才培养的各个环节入手,发现并改进存在的问题,不断深化教育教学改革,提高教学质量,培养出社会需要的合格人才。
Currently, it is more and more difficult for graduates to find a job. To solve this problem, it needs cooperation of colleges and society. Colleges must create a new talents＇ cultivation mode which suit to market demand. Colleges should discover and settle the problem of each aspect of talents＇ cultivation, and promote teaching quality by deepening educational reform continously, and educate eligible talents that meet to the society demand.
