慢性乙型肝炎患儿外周血B淋巴细胞亚群的临床意义分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患儿外周血B淋巴细胞各亚群的特点及其与CHB的关系。方法:采用流式细胞技术对CHB患儿33例和正常儿童15例外周血B细胞、CD5+B细胞(CD5+,CD19+)及CD5-B细胞(CD5-,CD19+)亚群进行检测,并结合血清转氨酶(ALT)和病毒载量水平进行临床分析。结果:CHB患儿外周血B细胞、CD5+B细胞及CD5-B细胞亚群与正常儿童比较显著升高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:CHB病程中有特异性体液免疫反应发生。
