摘要
目的研究保定市麻疹的流行特征及临床特点。方法回顾性分析保定市传染病医院2006—2008年间麻疹患者的临床资料。结果目前,该市麻疹的发病率及临床表现已经发生了很大变化,成人患者占同期住院患者的58%。患者年龄以18～30岁为最多。结论有必要加强高危人群的免疫接种,避免麻疹的流行。
[ Objective] To study the epidemic characteristics and clinical features of measles. [ Methods ] A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical information of measles patients in Baoding Infectious Disease Hospital during 2006-2008. [ Results] The incidence and clinical manifestations changed greatly, adult patients with measles accounted for 58% of inpatients, most of their ages were 18 -30. [ Conclusion] High-risk groups vaccination against measles can prevent measles epidemic.
