摘要
土地利用结构与布局优化是新一轮土地利用总体规划修编重点研究的热点问题,在分析南川区土地利用现状的基础上,通过构建科学性及有效性较高的灰色线性规划土地结构优化模型,在充分考虑土地利用与满足社会、经济和生态三大效益相互协调的情况下,选择出利于当地实际情况的最佳方案.
The optimization of land-use structure and layout is an important matter in the revision of general land-use planning. On the basis of an analysis of the present situation of land use in Nanchuan District of Chongqing, an optimization model of land-use structure is established according to gray linear mathematical method. In line with the factual situation of land use in the District, the best optimized planning is selected, which is intended to realize a coordination between land use and social, economic and ecological benefits for the District.
