摘要
铝合金整体壁板与传统铝合金焊接结构相比,前者能减少焊接变形,减轻结构重量。基于典型气垫船的船体线型特点,对铝合金整体壁板在气垫船上的应用范围进行梳理研究;针对悬挂式骨架系统自身特点和收集到的相关资料,从其局部强度、稳定性和局部振动特性与常规开切口式结构作对比计算、分析,在此基础上对悬挂式骨架系统气垫船应用范围进行研究,为铝合金整体壁板及悬挂式骨架系统在气垫船上的推广应用提供参考。
Based on characteristic of typical ACV ship lines, we make a research on application area of aluminum extruded panel for ACV. The characteristic of hanging structure has been analyzed, a comparison and a series FEM calculation about local strength, buckling, vibration mode on different hanging structures from regular open cut structure model has been carried out, as well as some suggestions on application of hanging structure. This paper may serves as a reference for the further application of aluminum extruded panel and hanging structures.
