教师专业发展视域下的教师学习

摘要 教师学习是教师专业发展的题中应有之义。本文基于教师专业发展视域,具体澄清了教师学习的实践样态,即可持续发展目标是教师学习的目标引领,经验与反思循环联动是教师学习的内在机制,学习共同体是教师学习的组织形式。本文认为,该实践样态下的教师学习兼具个体性、情境性与社会性,能够为教师专业发展提供有利支持。 Based on the domain of teacher professional development,this article has clarified specifically practice pattern of teacher learning:Firstly, the sustainable development goal is the lead of teachers learning; Secondly, the circular and joint movement of experience and reflection is the intemal mechanism of teachers learning; Finally, learning community is the organizing form of teachers learning. According to this article, such teachers learning could prepare for achieving teacher professional development well with individuality, situatedness and sociality.
