摘要 目的:分析本院急诊科护士受伤害的原因,提出防护对策。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对我院建院5年来在急诊科工作过的护士受患者及家属殴打、辱骂的情况进行调查。结果:护士受殴打共19例,引起原因是:患者醉酒、精神病发作占63.16%,患者等候时间长占26.31%,家属对收费不理解占10.53%;护士受辱骂共2048例,引起原因占10%以上是:患者等待时间长;在诊室看不到医师;患者症状未缓解;在分诊处看不到护士;家属对收费不理解。结论:领导应重视急诊科医护人员配备不足的问题,管理者须合理调配人力,加强护士的综合能力培养,优化就诊流程,提供优质服务,才能有效避免护士受伤害情况的发生。 Objective:To analyze the reason why nurses in the Department of Emergency in our hospital suffered from hurt , and put up protection counter- measure. Methods: An investigation to the nurses who once been hit and insulted by patients and family members in the Department of Emergency was carried on with a questionnaire designed by ourselves since our hospital was set up 5 years ago. Results:19 nurses suffered from hurt altogether, there were such masons as following: 63.16 percent of reasons was that the patients drunk with alcohol and the mental illness went into action suddenly, 26.31 percent of reasons was that the patients waited too long, 10.53 percent of reasons was that family members didn' t comprehend the medical charge. There were 2048 nurses and tirnessuffered from insult and hurt in all, above 10 percent of reasons were as following: patients'waiting too long , not finding a doctor in the clinicroom, the patients'symptom don t alleviate, not finding a nurse in recepation, not comprehending the medical charge. Conclusion:Leader should value insufficient medical workers in Department of Emergency, governor must assign reasonably the personnel, strong then the development of comprehensive ability of nurses, optimize medical consulting process and provides patient with high - quality medical service, so nurses can avoid the occurrence ofgetting hurt and insult efficiently.
