摘要
医学英文编辑群体承担着国内外医学信息交流的重任。从基础综合能力、沟通能力、文稿处理能力探讨英文版医学期刊编辑素养的培养,指出应勤于学习、注重积累、做好"杂家"。
The English medical journal editors take the responsibility of exchanging medical information at home and abroad. Cultivating their literacy includes three elements： fundamental comprehensive capability, communication skills and manuscript processing ability. The paper puts forward English editors should be diligent to explore new knowledge, focus on accumulation and have an open mind.
