摘要
在分析弱势群体的含义与产生原因的基础上,阐述图书馆为弱势群体进行知识援助的意义,提出具体援助策略即构建援助制度、加强与社会各界合作、构建弱势群体知识服务保障体系、开展文化下乡及信息获取能力培训等。
Based on analysis of the meaning and the causes of vulnerable groups, the paper describes the significance of providing knowledge assistance to vulnerable groups, and puts forward specific assistance strategies, as following： establishing assistance system, strengthening the cooperation with communities, building up knowledge service assurance system, carrying out culture to countryside ac- tivities and training for information obtainment.
