摘要
采用500W脉冲激光器对冶金精密轧辊进行激光熔覆Ni+WC粉末,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对熔覆层显微组织和成分分布进行分析,并用显微硬度计测试硬度。结果表明:涂层与基体为冶金结合,涂层的显微组织细化;激光熔覆层表面硬度高达1076HV,而基材硬度为655HV。
A 500W pulsed laser was used to carry out laser cladding Ni+WC powders treatment on precision metallurgical rolls. After laser cladding, microstructure observation and composition analysis were performed by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Hardness distribution between the cladding layer and the subtstate was measured using microhardness tester. The results show that, the coating with metallurgical bonding is obtained between the cladding layer and the substrate. The refined microstructure on the cladding layer can be obtained after laser treatment. The hardness of the surface cladding layer can be up to 1076 HV, while the hardness of the subtatre was only 655 HV.
