摘要
建立一套比较完整的资源节约型社会评价指标体系,对于建立节约型社会有重要意义。根据构建指标体系的原则,运用"节约水平"和"协调发展水平"二类指标,建立通用矩阵55综合评价方格图,实时评价特定地区资源节约型社会的发展状态。
A comparatively all-round assessment indicator system is of great significance for the construction of a conservation-minded society. A real time evaluation of the developmental state of a specific area can be carried out by adopting the two kinds of index of ＂level-contrast＂ nd ＂coordinated-developing-level＂ to set up the ＂General-tacble-55＂.
