摘要
从将劣构问题引入临床教学着手,通过描述劣构问题的概念和特征、对儿科循环系统疾病教学特征分析、设计劣构问题并应用于儿科学教学等方面探讨了劣构问题教学模式在儿科循环系统疾病教学中的应用。为拓展PBL教学设计、开展临床医学课程教学改革提供了有益的探索实践,提出该教学法在循环系统教学中的应用优势,认为其在儿科学整体教学中的运用值得深入探索。
Objective:to improve the pediatric problem-based Learning process. Method: Ill-structured problems were designed and introduced in clinical teaching. Through describing the eonception and characteristic of ill-structured problem, design of ill- structured teaching,and characteristics of pediatrie circulatory system disease teaching,the application of ill-structured teaching mode was discussed in detail. Conclusion: This teaching mode is of great advantage and is a good practice in the innovation of developing PBL teaching: design and clinical medical teaehing.
