摘要
黑社会犯罪是一种国际社会公认的有组织犯罪的最高形态,具有严重的社会危害性。因此,理论界也从多个角度对其加以研究。如犯罪亚文化对黑社会犯罪的影响就有很多不同的认识。犯罪亚文化是指逆主流文化而动的反文化、反主流文化、反社会的极端越轨文化。黑社会犯罪与犯罪亚文化有着密切的联系,犯罪亚文化是黑社会犯罪的精神支柱,它是黑社会犯罪组织的内在动力。犯罪亚文化属于意识形态领域,其形成必然要受到客观物质世界变化以及人的思维变化的双重影响。
