摘要
随着移动通信网络的发展和普及,无线视频传输开始在监控行业中发展起来,但是由于移动网络的带宽低,误码率高等缺点,无线视频传输面临着很大的挑战,无线视频传输中涉及到的主要有这样几个问题,一是带宽问题,二是网络传输问题。本文对这些关键技术做了大量的研究,提出了用移动多路同传方法来解决带宽问题,并设计出一套基于移动网络的,面向VOD视频传输的集中控制系统——大型集中式网络视频监控系统。该系统由前端编码传输设备,集中管理式服务器和客户端组成。
With the development of mobile communication networks,wireless video surveillance in many fields has undergone an unprecedented development,but because the faults of low-bandwidth and high-error-bitrate of the mobile network,wireless video transmission is facing great challenges.Wireless video transmission mainly related to these questions,the first one is bandwidth,the other is transmission.This paper has done many research in these key technologies,and gives a new solution by using multi-network to transmission data,and designs a system based on mobile network which is composed by code transmission equipment,management server and user client.
