摘要
目的:观察急性肝损伤大鼠的细菌易位情况。方法:用D氨基半乳糖诱发大鼠急性肝损伤模型(Ⅰ组)及70%肝叶切除模型(Ⅱ组),在24h和48h分别取血、肝脏作细菌培养,并测血中胆红素和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果:Ⅰ组的血、肝在24h和48h细菌培养均阳性;胆红素和ALT水平均显著升高(P<0.01);Ⅱ组血、肝标本在24h时均阳性,血中胆红素和ALT水平亦显著升高(P<0.01),48h时血、肝培养各有5例阳性,胆红素和ALT水平与24h时比较,显著降低(P<0.01),但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:急性肝损伤时。
Objective:To study the bacterial translocation in acute liver injury.Methods:Acute liver injury model(group Ⅰ) induced by Dgalactosamine and 70% liver resection model(group Ⅱ) in rats.Blood and liver tissues of these rats were taken for cultured 24 hour and 48 hour after induction.Serum bilirubin and alanine transaminase(ALT) were determined at the same time.Results:In group Ⅰ blood and liver culture were both positive(6/6) at 24 hour and 48 hour,and serum bilirubin and ALT increased(P<0.01);in group Ⅱ blood and liver culture were positive in 6/6 at 24 hour and in 5/6 at 48 hour,the serum bilirubin and ALT were lower at 48 hour than 24 hour(P<0.01),but were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In acute liver injury the intestinal bacteria may translocate to the parenteral sites and lead to infection.
