摘要
锻造操作机的钳头夹持工件进行锻造操作,直接承受锻造生产带来的冲击,受力关系复杂,工作条件恶劣。在对锻造操作机钳头结构的分析基础上,确定了钳头结构的几何参数,并对关键受力部件的弯臂进行了受力分析及强度校核。
The tong head of the forging manipulator clamping the worlepiece suffers from forging impact directly. So the force is complex and the working condition is bad. On the basis of the structural analysis of the tong head, the geometric parameters of it are determined. The force analysis and strength check of the arms of the keyforce parts are carried out.
