矿井自动监测预警系统的设计

Design of the automatic monitoring and warning system for mines

摘要 矿井开采环境特殊,安全隐患多,如何实时监测和采集节点的各种信息,随时掌握井下每个人员的位置及环境情况,是煤矿企业亟待解决的一个难题。本文提出了一种由单片机MPS430F1232和射频芯片nRF24L01构成的矿井下的无线传输系统,该系统的传感器群对井下温度、湿度等参数进行集中监测,所测参数经微控制器送往射频模块,射频模块nRF24L01对信号发送、接收。并详细叙述了系统的硬件和软件设计。试验表明:该系统具有功耗低、成本少、传输速率高等特点,适用于煤矿井下人员定位和环境状况的测控。 The environment of mining exploitation is special and dangerous. How to monitor and collect information on the various nodes in real-time and how to master the locations of personnel and the environment at any time, which is a difficult problem for coal mine enterprise to urgently solve. This paper presents the system design of wireless transmission for mines constructed by MSP430FI232 and nRF24L01, in which the sensors groups intensively monitor temperature, humidity and other parameters in the underground mine. And the parameters measured are sent to the radio frequency module by the micro-controller, so the radio frequency module NRF24LOI sends" and receives signals. It describes the design of hardware and software of the system in detail. Experiments show' that the system has the characteristics of low cost, low power and high-speed data transmission etc, and it can be used for the staff orientation and the monitoring of environmental conditions in the underground mine.
