基于单片机控制的气体监测仪的研制

摘要 介绍了气体监测仪的硬件和软件设计,以及气体浓度监测原理及电路。说明了气体浓度监测模块工作原理,并且使用外部低频晶振,满足了低功耗设计要求;软件设计中采用模块化设计的方法,运用C语言编程。因而使设计具有自校准、低功耗和高精度等优点,能迅速监测出气体的浓度,并能对结果进行处理和判断,反应迅速,具有很好的实用性。 The hardware and software design of a gas detector are introduced. The principle and circuit for detecting gas concentration are described. In the detecting module, with the external low-frequency crystal oscillator, the design requirement of low power consumption is reached. In the software design, the modular design and C language programming are used. The design is featured by auto-calibration, low power consumption and high accuracy, and it can detect gas concentration quickly, process the result and make judgments immediately, so it has a good practicability.
