复方苈桑饮对心衰大鼠血流动力学及神经内分泌的影响 被引量:1

Influences of Fufang Lisangyin on hemodynamics and neuroendocrine effects in heart failure rats

摘要 目的:研究复方苈桑饮对心衰大鼠血流动力学及血浆心钠素(ANP)、醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法:60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、复方苈桑大剂量组、复方苈桑小剂量组、贝那普利组、复方苈桑+贝那普利组。各造模组采用腹主动脉缩窄(结扎)法复制大鼠心衰模型,电磁流量计法和左心室插管法测定血流动力学指标,放免法测定血浆ANP、ALD、AngⅡ浓度。结果:与模型组相比,复方苈桑大剂量组、复方苈桑小剂量组、贝那普利组、复方苈桑+贝那普利组HR减慢明显,其他各项指标均有提高(P<0.01或0.05),而血浆ANP、ALD、AngⅡ均有不同程度下降,其中复方苈桑+贝那普利组在LVSP、LV+dp/dtmax、SV、CO、SVI、CI等指标改善较其他处理组更加明显(P<0.01或0.05),复方苈桑大剂量组比复方苈桑小剂量组在DBP、MAP、LVSP、LV+dp/dtmax、SV、CO、SVI、CI等指标上改善明显(P<0.01或0.05),但各处理组之间血浆ANP、ALD、AngⅡ未见明显差异。结论:腹主动脉缩窄(结扎)法所致心衰大鼠心功能下降,血浆ANP、ALD、AngⅡ分泌增加;复方苈桑饮可以改善心功能并抑制血浆ANP、ALD、AngⅡ过度分泌。 OBJECTIVE To study the influences of Fufang Lisangyin on hemodynamics and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) ,aldosterone (ALD) ,angiotensin II (Ang II) levels in heart failure rats. METHODS 65 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham-operated group,the model group,high-dose Fufang Lisangyin group, low dose Fufang Lisangyin group, lotensin group, Fufang Lisangyin + lotensin group. The model of abdominal aorta (ligation) establishment of a rat model of heart failure. The methods of left ventricular catheterization and electromagnetic flowmeter determination hemodynamics, RIA assay of plasma determination ANP, ALD, Ang II concentration. RESULTS Compared with the model group, the high-dose Fufang Lisangyin group, low-dose Fufang Lisangyin group, lotensin group and Fufang Lisangyin + lotensin group, the HR slowed down significantly. Other indicators were increased (P〈0. 01 or 0.05), plasma ANP, ALD, Ang II have different levels drop, Fufang Lisangyin + lotensin group which LVSP, + dp/dtmax, SV,CO, SI, CI other indicators improved significantly more than the other treatment group (P〈0. 01 or 0. 05), high-dose Fufangli Sangyin group than in the low-dose group DBP, MAP, LVSP, + dp/dtmax, SV. CO, SI, CI and other indicators improved significantly (P〈0. 01 or 0. 05). However, the treatment group plasma ANP, ALD, Ang II has no difference. CONCLUSION Abdominal aorta (ligation) Act decline in cardiac function in rats with heart failure, plasma ANP, ALD, Ang II secretion. Fufang Lisangyin can improve heart function, And inhibit plasma ANP, ALD, excessive secretion of AngII.
