摘要
煤粉再燃技术是一种很有发展前途的低NOx燃烧技术。再燃是一种炉内控制NOx生成技术,利用从主燃系统之上注入的燃料来降低NO在热量主释放区的生成量。最近几年类似的研究提出:在正确的条件下再燃可以使NOx含量降低到60%。再燃技术的实际应用依赖于能否最大限度的把再燃燃料和旋风筒中形成的NO以最适宜的化学计量比混合。本文介绍了再燃技术的基本原理、化学反应过程,以及影响NOx生成量的因素。
NOx control through coal reburning is a promising technique. Reburning is an in - furnace NOx control technology that uses fuel injected above the main firing system to reduce NO formed in the main heat release zone. Bench - and pilot - scale work done over the past several years suggests that NOx reductions up to sixty percent are possible using reburning under the right conditions. The practical implementation of reburning technology, depends upon the ability to contact the reburning fuel with NO formed in the cyclone barrel at the optimum stoichiometry for the maximum time. Thus, reburning effectiveness in practical systems is determined by the performance of the mixing system.
