摘要
采用微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法测定了土壤中的铅和镉。在选定微波炉消解条件下,通过硝酸-氢氟酸-盐酸体系进行土壤样品消解;在实验方法的测定条件下,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定土壤样品中的铅和镉。该方法具有简单、分析速度快、结果准确等优点。
The author determined Pb and Cd in soil with microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Under the selected conditions,the soil samples were digested in HNO3-HF-HCl system and Pb and Cd was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The proposed method was simple,fast,accurate.
