摘要
本文分析和研究宁波市海曙区在我国大部分副省级及以上城市中心城区中服务业发展的地位和所处的层次,对海曙区进一步提升区域地位提供可靠可行的建议。本文首先利用层次分析法,对海曙区和我国大部分副省级及以上城市的中心城区服务业发展进行综合评价,得出海曙区服务业发展水平所处的位置,也分离出八个服务业发展较好的中心城区;继而就服务业发展的规模、结构、成长、效益和发展环境,利用因子分析方法,得出海曙区服务业在上述五个方面所处的位置和存在的问题。
This text first makes use of the basic analytical method to do a description analysis with Haishu total economic development and service industry development, concluding that Haishu＇s service industry increases soon year by year, and the weight enlarges continuously; Second, uses the AHP to make a comprehensive evaluation of the Haishu District in most of the center areas of the vice-province cities of our country with service industry development , gets the service industry development level of Haishu District ,and also separates eight center areas which service industry developed well; Third ,with the scale, structure, speed , performance and the development environments for the service industry, makes use of the factor analysis to get which position Haishu District is and existent problems of the service industry at above-mentioned five aspects.Finally, puts forward some suggestions to the service industry development of Haishu District.
