摘要
目的研究大学生体质健康数据库建立与应用的目的在于全面贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想;实施《全民健身计划纲要》;深化卫生职业技术学院体育教学改革;增强大学生体质,提高运动与健康水平。方法①利用中国学术期刊数据库查阅国内有关大学生体质健康研究成果,全面了解研究进展。②系统分析建立卫生职业技术学院学生体质健康数据库的功能、系统、应用与对策等有关问题。③枸建学生体质健康数据系统模型。结果体质健康数据库的功能有要从真实地记录学生体质健康状况、全面地提高体育教学的针对性、系统地开展运动人体科学研究等方面发挥学生体质健康数据库的功能。主要构建体质健康数据库的体质健康数据输入系统、体质健康内存数据系统、体质健康数据管理系统。体质健康数据库主要应用于:开展体质健康咨询、开设运动保健课程、设计健身运动处方、体育课程成绩考核。建立与应用体质健康数据库的对策主要有:提升体育师资队伍水平、增加体质健康研究经费、保证体质测试数据精确、提高体质数据库利用率。结论卫生职业技术学院学生体质健康数据库的建立与应用,证实了卫生职业技术学院体育与健康教育已从以技术传授为中心的教学模式向健康促进模式的转变,是全面实施《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》的关键。
Objective For the sake of taking the guide demands into practice, studying the establishment and accomplishment of physique healthy database management system for college students what should be done in essence, spreading rules 《Chinese Health Training Laws for All People》, enhancing physical educational revolutionary in Hygienic professional technology institution, investigating physique health of college students and promoting the. physical and healthy level. Methods ①Explicating the process of researching and taking advantages of some contributions about college students＇ physique health from Chinese Academic Magazine database what will be effective. ②The analysis of the establishment of it what exits the problems such as function,system,application and measures. ③Rebuild the pattern of students＇ health database systematically. Results The database of physical health management system could have positive effect on recording of students＇ physique state of health depends on inspectoral situation ,enhancing the sports teaching pointed comprehensively and carry out the movement human science research systematically, etc. There are some concrete measures of constructing physique healthy database management system：input system, memory system, management system what could be used to do physique health consults ,start sports＇ health care curriculum ,do some fitness prescription ,inspect the result of physical curriculum most effectively,. Finally, the key process of accomplishing this project what was on the basis of improving the qualities of teachers＇ studying spirit,increasing physique health research funds,guaranteeing physique test with data precise、enhancing positive application of physique database.Conclusions The establishment and accomplishment of physique healthy database for Hygienic professional technology institution what had certificated the transformation from mainly as teaching techniques to the pattern of health promotion what plays an elementary role in the project.
