摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将62例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全代偿期患者随机分为两组,对照组采用在基础治疗的同时加用安博维,治疗组在基础治疗的同时加用肾消方,3个月后观察两组的疗效,包括中医症状、肾功能等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为74.19%,与对照组70.97%相比无显著差异,P>0.05,治疗组在改善症状、肾功能等方面优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:中医药在治疗糖尿病肾病中具有独特的优势,可明显提高该病的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinic effect of Chinese medicine treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods：The 62 diabetic nephropathy cases were divided into 2 groups randoml-The control group was accepted with base treatment and lrbesartan,while thetreated group was accepted with base treatment and Chinese herbs,to analysis the two groupseffective after three month,including Chinese medicine symptoms,renal function etc.Results：The total effective rate of the treated group is 74.19%,there is no significantdifference compare with the control group which is 70.97%（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and the treated group is better than control group at improving symptoms and renal function（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages for diabetic nephropathy especially for improving the clinic effect of DN.
